Our perspectives on traceability
Traceability is the ability to trace back a product or service. It enables factories to easily trace product data from raw material to distribution. Thus, when a production problem is encountered, all information such as raw material parameters, quality parameters, test results, production line, or operator in production can be accessed via the traceability system.
When a problem is encountered in the product, It should be possible to reach all processes from quality parameters to materials and the machine it is produced to the operator. At the same time, it is essential to find the cause of this problem as soon as possible. The source of the problem can be easily detected thanks to the data gathered through the traceability system.
Depending on the production different methods can be used. Lot number, serial number, production date is used for automatic identification. The traceability data is added automatically by readers as the product follows the route. The labels on the products can be barcodes, Data Matrix, or RFID. Collected data can be stored both on physical servers and cloud systems.

Traceability Market Segments
Our investment segments represent the core areas where we apply our expertise and strategic insights to deliver optimal value. By focusing on these carefully selected market segments, we identify unique opportunities aligned with our clients' objectives.
Single Product Tracking
Ensures that each product has a unique number and follows through with this unique number in all steps of the process. One of the important criteria for single product tracking is the type of material. Because it is critical that the marking can be processed on the product. Different solutions are available for product marking such as Inkjet, thermal transfer, laser, carbon fiber.
Party / Lot Tracking
Lot tracking is also preferred where it is hard to track products individually. The lot is obtained by the date of manufacture and the lot number. It then goes with packaging, storage, and reaching the final consumer. Traceability applications contain many data such as the details of the consumed material, the equipment, the process, and quality parameters. For this reason, both single product and lot tracking methodologies can apply simultaneously in a traceability process.
Pick to Light
P2L solutions provide operators with visual guidance on the next part of manual production and assembly processes. During assembly, correct or incorrect situations are shown to the operators with lights or optionally audible warnings. In addition, in Siskon P2L solutions, works completed by the operator can be automatically approved and integrated with other systems.
RTLS
Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) are used to automatically identify and track the location of objects or people in real-time. Wireless RTLS tags can be attached to the objects as well as wearable by people. By positioning fixed reference points in RTLS systems, tags interact with these nodes, and the positions of objects and people are determined.
Warehouse Management Systems
A warehouse Management System, in general terms, is a process that enables organizations to control and manage the entrance and exit of their goods or materials to the warehouse. Modern warehouse management systems work with real-time data, allowing the organization to manage the most up-to-date information about all the activities carried out within the warehouse.
Integration
We offer the necessary combination of applications and solutions to enable data transfer between independent applications. If you use more than one software, when you need operations such as data entry, reporting, and comparison, it is hard to combine data from this different software and get results.

Hybrid Track & Trace
Ensure Consistent Quality, Maintain Relevance, and Improve Your Agility in Global Operations. “Hybrid Track and Trace” provides end-to-end traceability from both internal systems and supply chain partners for the Automotive Main and Sub-Industry. It provides advanced product traceability requirements for ISO/TS 16949 standards.

A+++ Track & Trace
Provides end-to-end traceability by recording data from both internal systems and supply chain partners. The “A+++ Track and Trace” is developed by Siskon specifically for the white goods industry and provides end-to-end product traceability with product tracking, critical component tracking, route tracking, and other modules on assembly lines.

Organic Track & Trace
Food traceability is the ability to track food production at all stages including with production and distribution. Traceability for the food industry is a system where the source of all process inputs, including raw materials, can be identified. Even legal regulations come to mind first, when considering food traceability, but there are also very important commercial benefits of traceability.

Capsule Track & Trace
Enables companies to track products on the basis of single numbers from raw material entry to delivery to the warehouse, to produce wider and more complex varieties, to dispense drugs, to speed up the connection with patients. Different technologies such as RFID, 1D line barcode or Data Matrix (Matrix Code) are used for traceability in the pharmaceutical industry.
